When you submit the Automation Audit form, the contact form, or book a call with us, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and details about your business operations and the challenges you'd like help with.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether ROID is a good fit for your business, schedule and conduct your AI Automation Audit, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your information.
How we store your information
Submissions are stored in our secure backend database and are only accessible to authorized ROID team members. Appointment details may also be processed by our scheduling provider, Cal.com, and its connected calendar and video conferencing services, in accordance with their own privacy practices.
Email communication
We use a transactional email provider to send confirmation and notification emails related to your submission or booking. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Data handling for client projects
Specific data handling, security, and compliance requirements for any automation project are reviewed and confirmed with each client before work begins. We do not claim any specific security certification on this website.
